ORDER TRACKING

You may track the status of your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number.

SHIPPING

a) Beach Geeza currently ships to the USA, Puerto Rico, and all of Canada.
b) All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground Shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are charged full shipping rates.
c) Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
d) For orders over $250 USD, you or an authorized person must sign for delivery to ensure safe receipt.
e) All shipping costs, including customs and duty fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
f) Beach Geeza LLC is not responsible under any circumstances for lost or stolen packages. All claims for lost, damaged, or missing shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. USPS claims can be filed at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
g) Beach Geeza LLC cannot alter package delivery outside the continental U.S. and does not assume responsibility for packages lost, damaged, or delayed in customs. No refunds will be issued for packages meeting these conditions.
