Return Policy & Conditions
a) Only products purchased through BEACHGEEZA.COM may be returned in accordance with this policy. This includes non-final-sale products purchased on the website. Sale merchandise is final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
b) Only unopened products in original packaging, untampered and unused, or items damaged/defective upon delivery, may be returned for a refund or possible exchange.
c) All merchandise sales are final. No returns or price adjustments.
d) Products should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Damage or defect claims must be reported within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.
e) To initiate a return, email Customer Service at: Orders@beachgeeza.com.
f) All returns must include the original shipping box, packing materials, all complimentary samples, and a copy of the shipping invoice.
g) Products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery using a trackable shipping method.
h) Ship returns to the address provided to you by our staff via email.
i) Upon receipt, Beach Geeza will determine if the product was defective at delivery. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items not meeting these requirements.
j) We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer or any third party. Beach Geeza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages.
k) Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment. Purchases made with an E-Gift Card will be refunded as a new E-Gift Card.
l) Return shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, it will ship free of charge unless expedited shipping is requested.
